We started working with Mark on 10-10-10; starting weight 430 pounds. He had recently turned 50 and diagnosed with prediabetes.

He has now lost over 200 pounds!!! Eating low carb, high fat, moderate protein. Exercise is gentle walking. This isn’t a fad diet; this is a lifestyle change that he has/can maintain.
