Sauté in cast iron skillet garlic, onions, asparagus, throw in handful organic spinach and whatever veggies you have on hand.
Add cooked bacon, sausage or ham.
Sprinkle cheese on top of veggies, if you do dairy.
Season up veggies with good quality salt, fresh cracked pepper and seasoning blend like TJ 21 seasoning salute
Whisk 5 eggs and pour over veggies once veggies tender.
Bake in preheated 375 oven til eggs cooked through.
