Beef Caulifried Rice


1. In one skillet heat beef patty
Shortcut: Angus Beef patties

2. In 2nd skillet ;
– Heat butter (or ghee) & vegies in skillet
– Add riced cauliflower (either buy frozen or use food processor on fresh)
– Sauté until soft and then add minced garlic
– Sauté additional veggies-diced carrots, peppers, broccoli
– Add coconut oil and sesame oil
– Continue to stir until veggies tender
– Push all to side of skillet and add cracked eggs
Add diced beef patty

Serve with Sriracha& Cashews
